Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer rollout.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate records of candidate data.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage pre-boarding formalities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts via social media, events, and career pages.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Experience with ATS and HRMS tools
  • Familiarity with labor laws and basic HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and process orientation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience hiring across entry to mid-level roles in various functions
  • Certification in Recruitment/HR (preferred, not mandatory)
